THE LIFE PROGRAMME : LOW IMPACT EXERCISE CLASS

Every Tuesday 12.30pm          £3.50

Weekly class is in the main hall.  Richie caters for everyones individual needs and makes sure you have a fun social session whilst benefitting your health.

Why not join some of the class members and pop in beforehand for a cuppa in our cozy cafe or stay a little while afterwards and enjoy a work out treat.

A weekly group with activities to suit everyone over the age of 50 for both men and women, whether you are fit, not so fit, there'll be something to suit you personally!

THE ART CLUB
Always fancied painting but don’t know where to start? Feel a bit embarrassed about having a go? Would like to be able to have a go before investing in materials? All activities are funded from Art Group subscriptions. The Art Group aims to provide a range of activities to Inform, Encourage and Inspire local amateur artists painting in any medium.

AKA KARATE

Springwell Village Karate Group

We meet every Tuesday between 6pm - 7pm
The session cost is £2.00

We welcome students from 7 years and over, regardless of fitness or experience. We believe in training and laughing hard. We know that children in particular benefit from the high standard of discipline that we expect them to demonstrate and this has positive repercussions on their behaviour outside karate as well.

SENIOR DRAMA GROUP

Meet every Thursday at 7.30pm from September to February

and Tuesdays and Sundays during January and February

Volunteer group who produce an annual Family Pantomime each year during February Half-term week. New members are always welcome.

SANDRA TAYLOR ART CLASS

Sandra is a local artist and tutor in the Sunderland, Washington and Gateshead area. At Springwell Communtiy Centre she teaches an evening watercolour class, and she also teaches, acrylics, pastels, and drawing skills in other venues. All abilities are welcome to her classes.
