Join us for a fun-filled Community Day at Springwell Village Community Venue.
On Friday 29 August, from 10am–2pm, enjoy a vibrant mix of activities, stalls, and entertainment for all ages. Bring your bike for a free Dr Bike MOT, shop from our local traders, and take part in free craft activities for children and adults. Kids can enjoy the play area while you relax in our Cozy café.
Browse the Information Zone, take part in the shape Washington questionnaire funded by the UK government, or get visit our Digital Health Hub. Enter the free prize drawn at 1.30pm.

This September, we’re turning 60 — and you’re invited to join us for a sparkling week of celebrations to mark our Diamond Anniversary.
We’ll be bringing the community together with a packed programme of special events, nostalgic moments, live entertainment, and family-friendly fun.
Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or you're discovering us for the first time, there’s something for everyone. From themed days and heritage displays to music, food, and activities for all ages — come along and celebrate 60 years of making a difference together.

The Anniversary Shindig – Celebrating 60 Years of Community
Springwell Village Community Venue is proud to be celebrating its 60th anniversary, and we’re inviting the community to join us for a special evening of entertainment and celebration.
Enjoy a fantastic night of live music from Harper & The Watchmen, a performance from solo singer Amy Gill, and take part in our big community quiz.

Tots Party – Diamond Celebrations
As part of our 60th anniversary celebrations, Springwell Village Community Venue is hosting a special Tots Party for our youngest community members and their families.
Join us for a fun-filled morning of play, games, and cake, designed especially for toddlers and pre-schoolers. It’s the perfect chance to celebrate together, make memories, and enjoy a party atmosphere with other local families.

Tea Dance - Diamond Celebrations
Step back in time and enjoy an afternoon of music, dancing, and good company as part of our 60th anniversary celebrations. Whether you’re a regular on the dance floor or simply want to enjoy the atmosphere, everyone is welcome.

As our diamond celebrations continue, join us for an evening of fun, laughter as we journey through the ages with our celebration show, featuring songs, sketches and old favourites guaranteed to make you laugh.
Saturday 27th September
Get ready for a fun-filled family night as part of our Diamond Celebrations. Our Family Disco is the perfect way to bring the community together to end our week long celebrations. Enjoy music, dancing, and entertainment for all ages, including fun bingo, games & prizes.

Join us for a festive day of fun at our Christmas Fair! Enjoy browsing local traders for unique gifts, meet Santa in his magical grotto, and take part in fun games for all ages. Free entry for everyone!

This community event will features a huge range of activities including music, dancing, fun games, competitions, arts & crafts.
